This site collects the minimum data required for its purpose: receiving and processing project enquiries, and measuring traffic.

Data collected through the form

When you complete the “Start a project” form, the following information is sent to the practice: full name, email address, phone number, sector, description of the programme, project location and, where provided, the target completion date.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent, collected explicitly via the form’s checkbox.

Recipients

Enquiries are sent to the practice’s inbox (secretariat@karine-demortier.archi). Email delivery is handled by a technical email provider. No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Enquiries with no follow-up are kept for three years from the last exchange. Enquiries that lead to a commission are retained for the statutory period applicable to architectural project files.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to measure traffic. Google Tag Manager is a container: it lets the practice enable further measurement tools without changing the site. None of these scripts is loaded before your explicit agreement — neither Analytics, nor the container, nor its contents. If you decline, no request is sent to Google and no measurement takes place. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time by clearing the site data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to secretariat@karine-demortier.archi.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. The form is protected against automated submissions by mechanisms that impose no visual challenge on visitors, so as to remain accessible to everyone.
